Please note I do supply a special rate sheet for Realtors for real estate shoots due to a different set of needs of Agents versus Home Owners. Also, each shoot for an Agent is licensed for that agent only and is not transferrable. Home owners & FSBO's need more shots & the shoot changes to showing more detail and lifestyle. Also, home owners can use the shots for themselves & in marketing as needed.

I deliver at least 25 shots that show the entire home (dependant on home size). Shoot time is 1-2 hours. All photos processed & ready for print, MLS and Realtor.com. Completed photos will be emailed within 24 hours. All photos are copyrighted to Robin Cook Photography & photos are licensed for use only during the time the agent has the listing & may not be transferred.
INTERIOR DESIGNS - Starting at $75 per room
More photos & time taken to capture the special details throughout the home. All photos will be emailed & can be used with marketing & for your own personal keepsake. Around to 25 shots delivered (depending on size of home) and a gallery link provided.
All pricing is for homes within Macon, Lake Sinclair, Gray, Milledgeville & Eatonton since I work in Macon and live in Eatonton. For homes farther, travel fee is applicable. Shoots are typically done during the week after 5:30. I am more than glad to book weekend shoots for homes for an additional $35 if it's anywhere other than Lake Sinclair, Milledgeville or Eatonton.
